Advice and Assistance

The College endeavours to keep fees and charges as low as possible, while ensuring we provide high quality education and access to resources necessary for students to achieve their best.

Mordialloc College is committed to supporting families as they equip their child for secondary schooling.

The Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities.  The annual CSEF amount for Secondary school students is $225.  The closing date for applications is last day of Term 2.

Application forms are available at the school office or can be downloaded here.

Arrange to pass on books and uniforms with other families wherever possible.

The College no longer conducts a second-hand book sale, but books may be purchased via our book supplier, Campion Education, or online through Second-hand Textbook Trading.

In cases of extreme difficulty, parents are urged to contact the Director of Student Wellbeing to discuss their situation. The College will ensure that confidentiality is maintained in such circumstances.

All families are encouraged to pay contributions so that the College is able to provide the best possible facilities and equipment for our students

There are many ways to pay this contribution, EFTPOS, Cheque, Cash or Credit Card, Bpay or through the newly introduced QKR App.  Direct Deposit is also becoming a popular way of payment. Please contact the Business Manager if you would like to discuss a payment plan.

It is possible for arrangements to be made regarding types of payment for these activities. The Director of Student Wellbeing or Business Manager should be contacted in advance to discuss these options.
